IPW’s original activity was exporting injection molds from China to Europe. Since then IPW has extended its services to develop a global solution in the plastics industry.

• IPW has an engineering and design office for plastic parts and mechanical systems that is composed of French and Chinese engineers. We provide services for our customers throughout the industrialization process of their parts and products.

• Mock-ups:  Stereolithography, machining

• Plastic part injection in our 3500m² factory

• Mold export to Europe, with partners in France for mold fine tuning and maintenance.  IPW validates the designs with its clients with technicians who have over 30 years of experience in the French “Plastic Valley”.  Mold production and adjustments are done in China.

The injection presses in the factory range from 70 to 300 tons.

Plastics used:  Technical and high performance materials, PC, ABS, PEI, PEEK, PA and bio-degradable plastics
