IPW has gained significant experience in managing rigid and flexible circuit board assembly projects. The majority of projects is in small and medium size production runs and often concern complicated designs with a large number of components. Partners are able and willing to assure independent component procurement or take stock on consignment.

Thanks to our experience in this field, IPW can guarantee its customers that their PCBA projects remain perfectly confidential. IPW’s partners in Taiwan and China are used to working extremely efficiently in the RFQ and development phases. In addition we propose equivalent components that are more available in Asia in order to reduce the cost and lead time. 

Success story: By increasing production runs volumes representing quarterly needs and proposing less expensive components more readily available in Asia, IPW was able to help a large microelectronics manufacturer to reduce landed cost by more than 50%, while improving delivery performance and quality.
